health. You must get all your vitamins from outside your body -from the foods
you eat and from any supplements you take. Fat-soluble vitamin A vitamin that
dissolves in fat and can be stored in your body's fatty tissues. Vitamin A,
Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K are fat-soluble. Water-soluble - vitamins
that dissolve in water and can't be stored in your body. The B vitamins and
Vitamin C are water-soluble. We need also PROTEIN - an organic substance made
